Chinese style fried rice
I’ll start with saying Nigerians are a bit too uptight when it comes to food preferences especially with “rice”. We like our usual “long grain” rice or the local ones,Only those who actually know the benefits of eating some food and I’ll say the ones who’ve travelled too actually go outta their comfort zone to eat “BASMATI RICE”. BASMATI RICE is actually healthy. It’s a good source of various vitamins including niacin and thiamine. While deficiency of these vitamins is not good for human body, their presence in royal basmati rice, brown rice and other varieties add to their nutritional benefits. These vitamins keep heart, nervous system and digestive system in good health and are also beneficial for having a good skin!(who doesn’t want that?
